Support research in computational immunology and spatial multi-omics by running laboratory assays, developing protocols, analyzing multimodal datasets and mentoring junior lab members. Full-time, Baltimore, MD. Requires a bachelor’s degree in biology, chemistry or a related field and two years of laboratory experience.

Research Data Analyst (Oncology)

Build reproducible pipelines to analyze single-cell, spatial, genomic, immune-repertoire, imaging and flow-cytometry data, and turn results into figures and manuscripts. Full-time, Baltimore, MD. Suited to a background in bioinformatics, computational biology, biostatistics or data science.
